Brookville Kindergarten’s building and beautiful grounds are owned by the City of Stonnington. The Kindergarten was first opened in 1952 as both a kindergarten and maternal and child health centre for families residing in the City of Prahran. In 1994, the City of Prahran merged with the City of Malvern to become the City of Stonnington.
In 2022, Brookville Kindergarten celebrated its 70th birthday. We know this is a wonderful achievement in service to the children, families and community of the City of Stonnington.
The kindergarten is situated in beautiful, natural surrounds and we are mindful to keep the environment rich with learning opportunities.
